All Suffering Can End. It can end through the understanding of ones self. I like to say that we all are here on earth together, doing our best to navigate our lives from what we are taught and what we experience. We didn’t come here with a manual on how to be human so we fall in line like the rest. We spend a lot of time caught up in the external world and don’t realize how much it affects us internally. It will program our thoughts, beliefs and perceptions so much so that we think, “This is how my life is, and this is how I'll always be.” Yet, it’s not true. When we dive deep into who we are and what we want out of life and understand that the control over mind and body is in our hands, we can then begin the process of cleaning up our internal worlds and making our lives exactly what we want.

To do this, we must be willing to put in the work to become a better version of ourselves.

Otherwise, we remain a victim of life. Always complaining, blaming, being negative, making excuses, comparing and judging.

The choice is yours. Nobody will walk into your life and do it for you. That’s your responsibility.

Life does not get better by chance…it gets better by change.

Anya villacrés

I am Anya Villacrés. I was born in May of 2000. I’m a local artist from the smallest state in the US, Rhode Island with Ecuadorian and Irish descents. I’ve been making art since I knew what art was. I also dabble in the world of dance and music.

In 2018 I really started to develop my art style as I went through a transformational period in my life. During this time I dived deep into the spiritual world of meditation and understanding the mechanics of the mind and learning how to make it work for you rather than against you.

I find the way the mind works very interesting as it changes from person to person. Collecting information from every experience and turning that into mindsets, perceptions, frameworks, memories, etc.

So I began to let the ideas flow, creating visual representations of bending the mind. Through my talents and gifts I aspire to bring together a community of people that connect with my work.
